Shipping:

Given the delicate nature of our products it is highly recommended that all products be shipped via UPS next business day/overnight delivery for warmer climate zones. Biens Chocolate Centerpieces are not responsible for melting of products when the overnight delivery option is not chosen or when outdoor temperatures exceed 60 degrees.

Please note, Biens Chocolate Centerpieces cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, unforeseen acts of nature or carrier issues. During the current Covid-19 pandemic- our neighbors at USPS & UPS are experiencing an unprecedented increase in shipping numbers. As a result, regular priority mail shipments are take 2-3 days longer. 

Biens Chocolate Centerpieces reserves the right to substitute products and packaging with equal or greater value but will make every effort to honor any special requests.
